  • To prepare the sherbet of the dessert, pour 3 cups of water and 2 1/2 cups of sugar into a saucepan.

  • After cooking for 30 minutes over a low heat, add lemon juice and take from the owen to cool.

  • Crack 3 eggs into a pot.

  • After adding 1 cup of sugar, stir it with a mixer till the sugar is completely dissolved.

  • After adding 1 cup of sunflowerseed oil, 1 cup of yoghurt and 1 cup of semolina, keep on stirring.

  • Keep on stirring after adding 1 1/2 cup of flour, 1 pack of baking powder and 1 pack of vanilla powder.

  • Pour the mixture into a ovenware that you greased with oil before

  • Cook it in at 180 degrees pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes. After taking it out of the oven and letting the initial heat to pass, pour the sherbet which is at room temperature on it. Then wait for the cake to absorb the sherbet.

  • Slice the Revani with a knife.

  • Decorate the slices with grated coconuts and serve.
