Tokat City Information and History

Tokat is the capital city of Tokat Province of Turkey in the mid-Black Sea region of Anatolia. It is located at the confluence of the Tokat River (Tokat Suyu) with the Yeşilırmak. In the 2018 census, the city of Tokat had a population of 155,000. The city was established in the Hittite era.

During the time of King Mithradates VI of Pontus, it was one of his many strongholds in Asia Minor.   • First of all we will prepare the sherbet and wait until it cools. Put sugar and water into pot and mix them until melting the sugar. Don't boil the sherbet, just mix them until melting the sugar.

  • You need a dough bowl for the preparing the dough. put all necessary ingiridients in to bowl and mix them together. You will get a sticky dough at the end.

  • Tear the pieces from your dough. Pieces size should be same as walnut. Roll the pieces with your hands and put them into the Semolina and mix them 1 by 1.

  • Give some figure to your rolls and put them on cooking paper and prepare your owen 180 degree. Cook your dessert 25 minutes.

  • After 25 minutes you should pour the sherbet on your rolls.
